Leadership Team

Neil Murphy brings 25 years of experience leading medical device operations and supply chain. He has held various senior operations management roles with an international focus, having worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific in the US, Vitrolife in Sweden and Terumo BCT Vietnam, where he led the startup of a new factory. At Terumo BCT, as the Vice President of Manufacturing – Eastern Hemisphere, he was responsible for the manufacturing of medical devices and pharmaceuticals with factories in India, Vietnam and Japan.

He also developed the global manufacturing and distribution strategies. Neil has now relocated to Singapore to join HOYA Surgical Optics where he will provide strategic direction for Global Operations, Supply Chain and OPS PMO to ensure manufacturing, supply chain and operational excellence. Neil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from West Chester University, an MBA from the University of Colorado and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
