Leadership Team

Daniel Qin brings with him more than 18 years of legal and compliance experience. He previously served as Vice President and General Counsel for AstraZeneca Greater China, a multi-billion USD business. Prior to that, he founded the legal department for Abbott Laboratories’ pharmaceutical and medical devices businesses in China.

Daniel has also gained a wealth of international exposure from working in New York, London and Shanghai with leading international law firms.  He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yeshiva University in New York, a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, as well as an EMBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Daniel was admitted to the New York state bar in 2003.
