Leadership Team

Stephanie brings more than 20 years of technical and progressive leadership experience in small, mid-size and large companies. She has worked in R&D and brings with her a wealth of experiences in global RA, IOL and consulting. Most recently, she was with STAAR Surgical Company as Senior Director Regulatory Affairs, where she led the regulatory strategies for the US, EU, Canada, Japan, China, Australia, Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Russia, Egypt, Latin America, and Middle East regions.

Stephanie earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University of California, Riverside. Prior to that, she obtained a Master’s  Degree in Analytical Chemistry from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from University of California, San Diego.
