Leadership Team

Tony Zhao brings with him, over 15 years of business management and leadership experience in MedTech industry. Most recently, Tony accomplished the set-up of Asia Pacific sales organization in HOYA Surgical Optics. Before joining HOYA Surgical Optics at the beginning of 2020, he just completed a strategic consultancy assignment, which was to strategize their opening in APAC especially China MedTech market for a Europe-based Private Equity firm. Prior to that, Tony worked 12 years with GN ReSound including the positions as China Managing Diretor and Director for APAC Distributor Sales with incredible track-record for sustainable growth and business leadership.

Prior to GN ReSound, he had 10 years’ experience in telecom industry with Alcatel, a French technology giant, and gained abundant international exposure and sales management experience with management positions for different regions. Tony graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and accomplished a dual-degree EMBA program in Shanghai Jiaotong University and Kedge Business School.
